Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen: Las Vegas
I’m not usually one to have specific restaurants on my travel bucket list. But Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas is the exception.
So when my friend and I knew we would be in Vegas on a group trip, I asked her if we could Pretty, Pretty Please go to Hell’s Kitchen while we were there. I was more excited about this dinner than the trip itself.
And Gordon Ramsay did not disappoint.
Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in Las Vegas (August 2023)
I’m not even that big a fan of the Hell’s Kitchen TV show – but I do love Food Network, and I do love Gordon Ramsay.
So it wasn’t even a question when we sat down and looked at the menu. Regardless of what else we ordered, I would be getting the beef wellington – one of Ramsay’s most popular dishes.
After perusing the menu for a few minutes, I decided to get the prix fixe dinner. It included a salad, the beef wellington with sides, and a sticky toffee pudding, which is my all-time favourite dessert option.
Beet salad and a mocktail (August 2023)
Drinks and appetizers came out first: my golden beet salad with a creamy, cheesy sauce, and I chose a fruity mocktail for the evening.
I love a beet salad, and this one was so refreshing. Even with the cream underneath, it was definitely a good way to start a meal after we’d been walking in the Vegas heat all day.
Iconic beef wellington (August 2023)
The beef wellington did indeed live up to the hype I’d created in my head.
The crust was flakey and delicious. The beef itself was tender and cooked to perfection. It melted in your mouth along with the mashed potatoes.
To this day, I still tell people this was the best thing I’ve ever eaten, and one day I do want to go back and have it again.
Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream (August 2023)
By the time dessert came out, I was mostly just upset that the beef was gone.
But I love sticky toffee pudding and it really was good. Not too sweet, not too dense. A scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, as there should be.
I’m usually more about the tastiness of the food than the overall dining experience, but Hell’s Kitchen really was incredible in every way.
Wonderful service. Food that I still dream about. And of course, the opportunity to see the chefs cooking in the iconic blue team vs. red team kitchen set up, like on the show.

If you’re a Food Network geek like me, I highly recommend making your way to Hell’s Kitchen at least once!
