My 3-Day Paris Itinerary
Looking to book a trip to Paris and don’t know where to start?
From the hotel we stayed in, to the restaurants we chose to eat, here is the full list of everything my husband and I did on our three days in Paris!
Paris, Day One (May 2024)
Day One
➝✈️ Take the metro from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
It’s super easy to hop on the metro from the airport and get into the city!
➝ 🏨 Check into our hotel at Le Lapin Blanc.
A cute Alice in Wonderland-themed hotel in the 6th arrondissement that is in walking distance of many iconic Paris sights and in a great location in terms of food options nearby.
➝ 🥐 Brunch at Rosemonde by Patrol.
We indulged in a croissant benedict and latte each — the perfect way to start our food journey in Paris. Everything was delicious.
➝ 🌷 Walk around the Jardin du Luxembourg.
This park is absolutely stunning and a gorgeous springtime walk. Brandon and I wandered this park many times on our visit, and could have done every day for a week.
➝ 💀 Descend into the Catacombs.
Visiting the Catacombs was a very cool activity we’d decided to add to the itinerary. It took less than two hours to wander and appreciate the intricacies of the winding tunnels, and would recommend to anyone who is interested in the spookier destinations.
➝ 🥘 Dinner at Le Choupinet.
After a long day, dinner at Le Choupinet really hit the spot. We had cocktails, and I had a delicious French onion soup with chicken and mashed potatoes. And it’s right down the street from the hotel!
Paris, Day Two (May 2024)
Day Two
➝ 🥐 Grab a bite at Cafe de Flore.
There’s a reason this cafe is so iconic. There’s nothing quite like sitting on a sidewalk patio eating a fresh croissant and sipping on a hot chocolate.
➝ 🗼 Visit the Eiffel Tower.
Continuing on the theme of iconic Paris, we walked to the Eiffel Tower to get an up-close view. We didn’t choose to go up the Tower, but you can add that to your list!
➝ 🌊 Walk along the Seine.
We walked back along the north side of the Seine, which took about an hour. We took our time enjoying the river and various park views.
➝ 🖼 Poke into the Louvre.
The Louvre is an absolutely massive museum. It could take you weeks to explore if you stop and read every placard. I’d recommend spending half a day at the museum — you’ll see all of the iconic pieces and not get too overwhelmed.
➝ 🍕 Dinner at SoHo Trattoria.
I’m a fan of Italian food, so I was looking for a good pizza place since we’d arrived in Europe. If you’re like me, head to SoHo Trattoria for a classic slice that’ll hit the spot!
Paris, Day Three (May 2024)
Day Three
The final day was rainy, so we took it very easy and spent a lot of time wandering the city, poking in and out of shops on our way to the day’s destinations.
➝ 🥐 Brunch at Kozy.
If you’re looking for a tasty brunch spot with good sized portions of amazing food, I’d recommend hitting one of the Kozy locations across the city. I had a slice of French toast with seasonal fruits, and an iced coffee, and it was one of my favourite meals of the trip.
➝ 🖼 Visit the Banksy Museum.
The Banksy Museum was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. We took a couple of hours to really take in every piece and every word of this two-floor museum of Banksy’s art, and it was fascinating.
➝ 💃🏻 Enjoy dinner and a show at the Moulin Rouge.
Spending an evening at the Moulin Rouge was on our to-do list since we booked this trip. We went for dinner and the show, which included a 3-course meal and a bottle of champagne. Then the incredibly entertaining show. It was the perfect was to end our stay in Paris.
